ROSE ARTHUR
Founder & Program Director
An impact-focused leader, Rose Arthur is dedicated to developing teams and managing federally funded programs that make a difference. With a proven track record of success, she excels at building trusting relationships and collaborating with private and public sector partners, school administrators, and students to deliver community-based educational programs.
Her expertise covers a broad range of Program Management; Grant and Funder Management; Evaluation and Reporting; Strategic Planning; Staff Training and Development; Relocation Planning; Budget Management; and Facilities Management.
Her drive, expertise, and proven ability to deliver high-quality client deliverables, has been crucial to making a positive impact in the field of program management. She is committed to ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while driving strategic direction, utilizing data insights, and fostering professional development among internal & external stakeholders.
Rose earned her Master’s Degree in Education from Cambridge College and has over 20 years of management experience, including serving as Program Manager for Kids to College, a national early college awareness programs, College Knowledge Prep, a college preparation program for students in grades 10-12, and the Bell Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on providing supplemental academic programs and youth development programs to elementary and middle school children in Boston, New York, and Washington D.C.
Nina Perez
Technical & Security Specialist
Nina Perez is a cybersecurity professional with experience in security compliance, technical consulting, and technical project management. Her background includes experience within education, Software as a Service (SaaS), and logistics sectors.
A graduate of Northeastern University, with B.S. in Information Technology, Nina was a college advisor during her senior year at NEU and worked with students at local high schools while providing annual grant reporting to the Department of Education. She is CompTIA Security+ compliant and is excited to help you secure your project or grant's data.
